This relatively new spiced rum from Pussers have replaced the old one at just ABV 35%. Pusser’s says it’s blended to Admiralty specifications at ABV 54.5% and aged for a minimum of three years in charred oak bourbon barrels whereafter it’s mellowed with a subtle blend of spices. The finish is rather long, thanks to the 54,5%. It’s okay to drink neat and much better than the old one. I believe it could be great in cocktails and drinks.

A spiced rum that's good enough too enjoy straight. Great balance of complexity and sweetness. Delicious notes of ginger cake, banana, nutmeg and toffee with a malty undertone.
