Très bon HSE qui du nez à la finale est porté sur le boisé,cacao les fruits rouges et fruits secs.

A very pleasant, gourmand HSE, with a lovely nose of red fruits, spices and woody notes. On the palate, the nose is confirmed, with fine cocoa on a background of red fruits, spices with a not too pungent pepper, elegant woodiness, and a well-rounded finish with a hint of freshness.

Profil martiniquais rehaussé par le finish en fut de vin. Fonctionne très bien. J'aime beaucoup. Un peu cher pour un assemblage de rhum de 1 à 6 ans.

A slightly more balanced rum compared to the Sauternes finish. The nose seems more closed at first, but the palate is more expressive. Red fruits and dried fruits join wood and spices to form a smooth rum on the palate, lifted by the notes of the finishing wine. The finish is long and delicate. A fine HSE finish.
