01.11.1997 The year of another around Asia trip with a lot of unique experiences. This time it was Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. A trip that took 6 weeks in total. My notes state that this was a sweet and easy drinkable rum with a well rounded flavour profile. It also worked very well in drinks. 3.5 of 5 stars which should amount to 7.0 today.

Tasted at the 12th GRF at the Catawiki booth. Sweet, definitely sugared, but pleasant and not too intrusive. An exciting bottling from the 50s and as Emile says, a "fun rum"
