Pretty standard Panama profile.

It's exciting what the rye finish does here - more rough edges than the classic bourbon cask, but nowhere near as extreme as the single malt finishes, which I often find too extreme. Sweetness of molasses, bourbon vanilla, honey and milk chocolate, plus subtle spices and earthy, tobacco-like notes. Interesting.

Impressive nose of milk chcolate and spices. On the palate, a sweet rum with hints of cacao and peat. Empty glass brings me back to my childhood memory of Sunday's morning special drinks :)
