Ganz spannend, was das Rye-Finish hier bewirkt - mehr Ecken und Kanten als beim klassischen Bourbon-Fass, aber bei Weitem nicht so extrem wie die mir häufig zu extremen Single Malt Finishes. Süsse von Melasse, Bourbonvanille, Honig und Milchschokolade, dazu dezente Gewürze und erdig-tabakartige Noten. Interessant.
