Excellent Saint James. Already discovered at the Whisky Live Paris.

Very tasty Saint James that does not need more ABV. Powerful on the nose with cherry and honey. Caramel, licorice and wood on the palate. A bit of bitterness (very pleasant) in the finish.

A pretty good Saint James. The typical notes are there and I really like the light coffee note in the profile. ABV is pretty well integrated but could have been better. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass reveals even more notes like nutts and light ginger.

Great rum, which the drinking strength is very good to face. Very round and just as strong as varied in taste. Beats even in direct comparison with St. James bottlings with higher alcohol content excellent.
