Very round Foursquare with classic flavor profile. Good alcohol integration, harmonious profile. Unfortunately lacks the unique selling point, although the quality is undeniably present.

I tried the regular bottles and these are the same level and the score might fluctuate a few points depending on the day. A very nice Foursquare with nice fruit, wood and spices on god balance and great ABV integration. The empty glass is also wonderful.

One of the oldest Foursquare to date. Still on the same thread but with a lot of taste, a perfectly integrated alcohol and a never ending finish. I love it!

Good Foursquare. Alcohol well integrated, tropical ripe. Nose with lots of vanilla, coconut, caramel and nuts (also some mango). Palate with lots of oak, vanilla, spice, roasted and spice notes. Tastes good... but just like many other Foursquares...

A somewhat different kind of Foursquare with rather sour fruits on the nose, also with dark chocolate, lots of wood and nuts. All rather dry, bitter aromas. Very large palette of spices. Overall I miss a bit of the round balance (e.g. caramel).

Tasted as a 2cl sample. Very great nose, quite sweet but not sugared. Fruity, nail polish, nuts and marzipan. Like a delicious dessert. Quite an unusual, varied flavor for Foursquare for me so far, with quite a bit of oak. Fruit and solvent dominate at first, then spicy notes take over, followed by barrel. Then in the finish the nice fruit note from the beginning comes back. Great play of flavors, very great rum, top integrated alcohol.Edit: not HD but Foursquare of course.

Round-pastry nose: taste of vanilla, honey-brown sugar and flambéed banana. The alcohol is present but invites tasting. The attack on the palate is frank and impressive. The molasses is there, vanilla, nutmeg and woodiness. The finish is pleasant and long but less surprising than the first mouthful. I expected a more flashy than qualitative release, but overall I find the series very coherent and successful. Unfortunately, a release too limited to be accessible to ordinary mortals like me! Luckily we won this series of samples in a raffle to be able to discover this lineup.
