A creamy nose focused on ripe white fruits (apple, pear, banana), delicately vanilla and cocoa. Cinnamon for the spices. The palate combines vegetal, woody, and exotic fruits. On the finish, the rum becomes peppery, then iodized, for a rather long finish, marked by a slight bitterness (clove). Personally, I'd lean towards an Enmore or a gentle PM. For info, this pretty label was made by Malou Keunen.
