Store visit Weinquelle Lühmann Hamburg April 2025. After the nose I was already afraid and thought here comes something really sweet again. On the palate, however, it's a really delicious rum that tastes of mocha and expresso.

This product has nothing to do with rum. It is a spirit based on rum. The aromas are tasty but artificially added. The sugar is set very high. It is harmonious and tasty but for me too sweet.

World Liqueur Day! Failing to be at home sipping a Swell de Grandmont, I let myself be tempted by this liqueur. Clearly it's sweet and heavy, but the chocolate and coffee come through well: I'd see it with a touch of cognac and maybe some cream (and ice). Rather than dry.
