Tasted this elegant agricole from Depaz at our summer resort out in the Stockholm archipelago during midsummer. It’s a blend that’s unfortunately sold out. I was lucky to get 2 bottles from Catawiki some years ago. The nose is inviting, elegant, sweet, spicy and fruity with scents of of caramel, cinnamon, prunes, dried fruit, tobacco and leather. At the palate it’s very elegant, robust, balanced, roasted, sweet, nutty, spicy, woody and fruity with flavors of almonds and oak The finish is pleasant with an impressive length.

01.06.2019 Had a nice meet up at this Nordic Rum Fest where we brought some of our own bottles. Notes. Medium dark colour. Nose: fresh, plum, fruity, tobacco, wood, ginger. Palate: balanced, wood, light roasted, fruity, dried fruit, earthy. Finish: long, wood, sugarcane, licorice, dried fruit.
