A pretty package for a not very convincing rum. There are many cheaper and more interesting agricoles. That said, this is a successful rum, but it lacks diversified aromas and depth. Rather poor value for money.

#4969 11.12.2024 Enjoying a few samples at home celebrating that I have my diabetes under control. Got a lot of credits from my doctor being able to level out my 3 month bloodsugar extremely fast 😊 Nose Light wood, sweet, light, dried fruit, light caramel, spice, light honey, faint ginger. Palate Round, light, sweet, light wood, raisin, light grass, faint floral, light honey, light ginger, light orange. Finish Medium long, wood, light roasted, dried fruit, faint floral, light apricot, light caramel. The empty glass has stronger floral notes and light licorice.

Après le canopée JM c'est vraiment plus plat. Au nez mais aussi en bouche. C'est mielleux et épicé mais c'est à peu près tout. Un peu décevant.
