A beautiful, fruity white rum in which the alcohol is not optimally integrated.

Made with D'Aldea rum Not very interesting, but good, not bad. There's a little fruit, a much lighter texture and a few notes of alcohol and metal that don't make it a success, which is a shame.

The nose is opulent with sour tobacco, rancid milk, especially hot metals (iron/copper) and overripe fruit, very distinctive. On the palate, it is very fruity (unripe banana, plums, raw melon, cooked pineapple, fruit brandy, but also pink grapefruit and lemon, I can't quite define them) and a little pungent, with a distinctive metallic copper scent lingering, as well as a little savoriness, a vegetal side and perhaps olives. Despite everything, it is delicate and has a short finish, but leaves a long-lasting flavor in the mouth.
