Huch! Die Nase stößt zunächst ab, irgendwie fleischig. Am Gaumen dann deutlich besser. Insgesamt nicht ganz mein Geschmack, aber auch nicht völlig schlecht.

"Intrigant ! L’olive est clairement présente, ça chauffe un peu mais pas trop. Il faut aimer le côté salé. En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Olive En bouche : Muscade, Saumure, Salé, Olive La finale plutot orientee vers : Olive, Saumure"

Un peu décevant, la palette aromatique de ce rhum est assez limité pour un heavy, ce qui est dommage. Cela dit avec du recul le rhum reste facile à boire et sans prise de tête.

Ce Ferroni des Canaries est très plaisant à boire. Une palette intéressante mais sans excès non plus, le tout bien équilibré et rond grâce à la Dame Jeanne. On entre directement dans le vert avec une belle fraîcheur (Citron / Citron vert / Pamplemousse / Gingembre) avec un gros côtes végétale (Herbe / Foin / Olives / Saumure iodé / Sève). Quelques fruits a l'eau de vie se baladent et ce mélangent avec le côté empyreumatique apporté par la grosse fermentation distillé en pot (Fermenté / Cuivre / Caoutchouc / Plastique / Fumé / Animale). Très belle sucrositée, c'est florale et finement épicé (Girofle / Muscade). Un rhum qui n'a rien de forcément exceptionnel vu la façon dont il a était conçu, mais qui reste très agréable à boire avec une jolie palette aromatique. Plutôt sympa !

Un nez atypique et déstabilisant sur un végétal prononcé sur le champignon et le sous-bois. La bouche est plus fruité et la canne à sucre est plus présente. Finale moyenne « plus » avec une belle sucrosité
