#6059 12.12.2025 Running some samples to clean my palate after door number 12 in my Old St. Croix Christmas Calendar. Nose Fresh, fruity, light varnish, clove, light ginger, light anise, faint floral, light earthy. Palate Oily, warm, faint wood, peppery, light anise, light ginger, light cherry, mango, faint coffee, faint coconut. Finish Long and warm, oily, fruity, peppery, banana, light orange, faint wood, light licorice. Empty glass Light cherry, banana, light varnish, light floral, light licorice.

Balanced profile with nice fruit sweetness reminiscent of caramelized tropical fruit, plus wood, molasses and a hint of licorice. Round but quite appealing spectrum of flavors. Very good.
