Une odeur dominante de végétal, canne à sucre et citron vert. Pas grand chose d’autre. Très peu d’arômes en bouche, on sent l’alcool, puis le côté végétal et un côté miel. La finale est courte, sur les mêmes arômes. Un rhum excellent en mixologie, trop simple pour être dégusté pur. Mais le goût est délicieux.
