A very nice crafted Australian rum, that I don't find much of in the vicinity. I found the notes to be sweet, almost honey-like. It tasted rather spicy at first sip, and I got notes of oak, caramel tannins, and some fruit

Smells rather unpleasantly medicinal. But then in taste, it takes its time. I'm impressed. Lots of herbs, a bit of mint. Plus a really great Australian. Definitely worth trying.
