Hinweis: Tätigkeit bei Perola GmbH (Spirituosenbranche), teilweise berufliche Involvierung bei bewerteten Abfüllungen. Alle Bewertungen sind meine persönliche, unbezahlte Meinung. Schöner Single Cask von cihuatan aus El Salvador. Mir persönlich etwas zu Cognac ähnlich, etwas zu holzig und "weinig" und der Alkohol könnte besser integriert sein. Insgesamt aber solider sfoff und wohl der älteste single Barrel aus El Salvador bis dato! Und im direkten Vergleich zum Vorgänger definitiv deutlich besser!
