Surprising. Very sweet and soft nose. Mainly vegetal and on citrus. Quite similar on the palate. With a very pleasant sweetness and a little peppery kick. Short finish, all softness and sweetness. Nice, new, friendly. Edit: tasted again at SoRhum and this time I left with a bottle because I really appreciated the typicality of this rum. I find it very herbaceous and fresh. At 44°, it is easy to drink. Neat or with a lemon zest. Re-edit: this Sodade is definitely very good. Its freshness is really pleasant. I find it simple, fresh, soft. Tested with a zest and approved.
