This may be a rum for mixers bit it's also pretty OK as a sipper. A nice blend of different countries with a fruity and fresh profile.

Concentrated Jamaican-dominated nose: ester/rubber/acetone/caramel/tropical fruits Soft attack: overripe pineapple/spices Finish: menthol/caramel I think this reduction and blend is rather nice. There's more of the Jamaica profile on the nose and on the palate, and then the Trinidad appears. I was clearly apprehensive before the tasting. Proof that the clothes don't make the man...

Blend from 3 distilleries, worthy park, hampden and angostura. Reduced to 47%, pleasant nose and very smooth on the palate. There's none of the characteristic cane taste of the more "traditional" whites.
