Another very good Foursquare, one of the private cask series. Quite a big nose on it - woody, with fruits and spice. Very nice on the palate, like all of them! Spicy, vanilla, wood, and has a layer of sweetness that I am enjoying. A medium to long finish.
Very dense and compacted initially, but with time and dilution to approximately 50% it opens nicely. Smell and taste was changing gradually for more than 1 hour. In the beginning mostly vanilla, cherries and dark chocolate. Then more and more floral and green tropical fruit notes. Worth trying more than once.
Okay Foursquare, nothing special.
Schöne runde Nase. Karamell, Vanille, vielleicht wirklich eine Dattel. Vollmundiger Geschmack. Das hlz ist sehr gut erkennbar. Geschmeidig, cremig. Wirklich ein schöner tropfen. Wie so oft von Foursquare.
