Un nez très discret avec quelques indices: boisé chocolaté et épicé En bouche, c’est doux c’est fin, attaque pas agressive, archi ronde , la rondeur dans toute sa splendeur. En fait l’alcool très bien intégré est fondu dans une réduction très marquée. Chocolat à l’eau, boisé feutré profond mais pas trop prenant. Des notes de Nashi et de café léger. La finale paraît courte tellement elle est discrète, mais elle persiste avec des notes de boisé cachant une légère banane très mûre! Je trouve toujours dommage de sentir la reduction. C’est cependant un très beau rhum dans la finesse, on aurait gagner en personnalité en ayant juste quelques degrés en plus
