8,3:On the nose, the first impression we get are esters and ripe tropical fruits like pineapple, banana, red fruits like strawberry, the wood is roasted with pastry&honey, spicy with vanilla and molasses grassy. On aeration, citrus is noticed, solvents and hay instead of grass. 8,5:On the palate, the attack is sweet, round and tasty with ripe tropical fruits, esters, vegetal molasses with grass/hay, olive and confectionery like pastry glazed with honey.Resting makes molasses earthy, later flowery, the wood more roasted with crunchy bread, nuts, spicy with vanilla, salty.Citrus fruits join as last ones. 8,1:The finish is medium long with ripe tropical fruits, confectionery, grassy, vegetal molasses, spices and smoky wood...
