Eine sehr feiner junger Hampden. Alkohol ist gut integriert. Edit: für Preis Leistung einfach super. Nochmal ein Sample davon in der Kiste gefunden und auch als Mixer ausprobiert. Für mich super geeignet.

Wundervoller Hampden typischer Geruch! Im Geschmack etwas zu viel vom Virgin Oak, zu wenig Frucht. Die mineralische Note ist ganz spannend, kippt aber für mich etwas zu sehr Richtung Tannine. Abgesehen davon sehr gut, die 57% sind gut gewählt.

Kräftiger, junger Hampden. Tolle Nase nach tropischen Früchten, im Geschmack dann viel Eiche und etwas Seife. Hintenraus recht kurz und fad. Schönes PLV, sicher gut für hochwertige Mixgetränke.

Absoluter Knaller für den release Preis. Sehr laut an Nase und Gaumen direkt beim Einschenken. Aber entwickelt sich nicht so schön, wie eine längere Lagerung (siehe Bild)

Very Hampden/funky jamaican. Overripe overfermented pineapple. Tropical galore. Somewhat musty in the middle palate, almost overdone but it gets fresh in the finish. The virgin oak gives it some menthol, not much woodiness. Powerful stuff. Pretty good.

Hier kommt schön das Virgin Oak durch-vielleicht zu sehr. Dadurch geht etwas an dem normalerweise sonst so fruchtigem Hampden verloren. Im mittleren Teil ist er vielleicht etwas dünn und flach.

Die Jungen virgin oak Hampden Abfüllungen scheinen mir sehr zu gefallen. Dieser hier ist sehr stark vom Holzeinfluss geprägt, was zu Lasten seiner Fruchtigkeit geht. Ist wahrscheinlich eher was für sie Mixer unter uns.

Für mich der schwächste der 3 neuen von Cavavin... für mich ist das Virgin Oak zu dominant und die Fruchtigkeit geht erwas verloren... allerdings auf hohem Niveau, ich persönlich denke das er im Mai Tai oder Daiquiri eine bessere Show machen wird ,werde ich bald testen. Auch hier Top PLV

Ein guter durchschnittlicher Hampden, bei dem das Holz leider zu stark durchschlägt, auch der Alkohol ist nicht so gut eingebunden, obwohl er offensichtlich leicht verdünnt wurde!
