Schon ganz schön adstringierend und alkoholisch. Könnte etwas mehr Lagerung/Süße gebrauchen.

Ein junger WP, aber mit hohem Ester-Gehalt (halt ein Worthy Park Extra - WPE, also bis 800). Nase: Ester sind auf jeden Fall ganz vorne da. Aber hinzu kommt gleich etwas, dass ich in Richtung Schokolade schieben würde. Diesen Beiton empfinde ich aber als ein bisschen störend, kein Fehlton, aber etwas unpassend. Daneben kommt aber auch vergorene Frucht, roter Apfel und Guave sowie etwas verdünnter Ahornsirup und Zuckerwasser. Ein tiefer Zug bringt den Essig zum Vorschein. Für so jung aber gar nicht mal so schlecht. 7,5 Gaumen: zunächst adstringend mit angenehmen Ester. Gleich dazu leicht Ananas und Banane, vielleicht auch reife Guave. Auch sind da etwas Karamell und Marzipan zusammen mit Brioche. Insgesamt etwas kantig, aber für nur 2 Jahre Reifung ein ordentlicher WPE. 8,0
