#4212 This one is very similar to the others once rested to reveal all the flavours. Intense and fresh vith light fruits and some licorice in the back. The empty glass has some vanilla and mint as well as very faint chocolate. The hype has caught up with it and it's now pretty expensive compared to the other releases.

Nez gourmand et pas agressif malgré les presque 80% au compteur ! On retrouve bien évidemment de la canne à sucre bien fraîche. Mais aussi des notes végétales, de pomme verte et de citron. En bouche, c’est du rhum, du vrai, de l’intense. De la canne qui explose en bouche, c’est ample et très végétal. C’est incroyable d’élégance et précision pour une telle concentration. La canne fraîche se déploie et fond en bouche avec un côté légèrement fumé. C’est frais et épicé. Il ne laisse pas indifférent. On l’aime mais on y plonge les lèvres que très doucement vu le gaillard ! La finale est longue, très longue … Je retrouve le plaisir de ma découverte il y a quelques années avec le Longueteau Genesis. J’adore ! Avec une préférence pour ce 3ème batch (comparé au 2019). Concernant le 40% 2019, il n’a que peu d’intérêt surtout si on le compare au magnifique Zenga (60%).
