16.08.2025 Retasting and I still find it pretty good. ------------------ 14.03.2023 Enjoying some samples at home. Colour Medium to dark in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, berries, faint coffee, light herbal, light glue, light floral, spice. Palate Oily, wood, medium spicy, natural sweetness, spice, light coffee, cinnamon, fruits, light caramel, light herbs. Finish Long and warm, spicy, wood, light roasted, light tannins, banana, light caramel, light smoke. Needs to rest to really open up.

Full taste, well integrated, nice and typical Diamond profile. Unfortunately Diamond is not my favourite Demerara
