Aufgrund der Komplexität finde ich bei jeder Verkostung andere feine Noten. Mal eher süß und andermal schleicht sich eine feine Bitternote ein... jedesmal spannend. Aber immer winterlich Zimt, Vanille, und Fruchtnoten die sehr wandelbar sind

Ich mag Riise Rum, zumindest bisher alle die ich probiert habe. Aber ich frag mich immer, ob man Riise Rum als „echten“ Rum bezeichnen kann, da so gut wie immer süß und teilweise künstlich im Geschmack, zumindest bei den „günstigeren“ Flaschen. Aber ich mag Süßrum und somit Riise Rum. Einige Riise habe fruchtigen Geschmack und anderen gehen in Richtung Schoko/Karamell/Toffee. Dieser hier ist eine Mischung. Pfirsich Geschmack gemischt mit Toffee Geschmack. Interessant, aber so ganz überzeugt er mich nicht. Gut aber nicht sehr gut. Außerdem etwas scharf und würzig, was mir weniger gefällt. Immer noch ein guter Rum aber für mich keiner der Top Riise Rums.

Geruch schon weihnachtlich nach Lebkuchen, Gewürzen und süße. Genauso im Geschmack, dazu mit Noten von Nougat. Leider etwas künstlich auf der Zunge und unglaublich gesüßt. Mehr Weihnachtslikör als ein Rum.

Ein fruchtig-süßer Rum mit einem Hauch Weihnachtsgewürz. Karamell und Schoko kommen auch nicht zu kurz. Leider riecht er etwas künstlich. Unter den Bewertungskriterien eines Rums hat er zu viel Zucker und ist damit zu süß. Als Likör völlig OK.

Part of the A.H. Riise Christmas calendar from 2020. This was the first tasting of december. Lots of sweetness in the nose, with overwhelming vanilla. In the notes I got some herbal sensation and a bit of fruit, with a spicy end

Christmas in your mouth. Essentially classical riise with another additional ton of spices, this time a Christmas selection. It reminds me a Chairman's Reserve spiced edition, only I would go with Chairman's all the time. Not to mention I could afford almost 3 bottles in price of 1 riise.
