#6304 01.02.2026 Relaxing a bit while listening to some new Psy Trance on Spotify. Nose Medium intense, wood, light roasted, light mint, nutts, light earthy, dried fruit. Palate Warm, wood, roasted, balanced, medium intense, light chocolate, light mint, faint tobacco, plum, cinnamon. Finish Very long and warm, wood, light nutmeg, clove, tannins, prunes, light chocolate. Empty glass Vanilla, chocolate, light caramel, raisin, prunes, faint berries.

A fruity nose, tropical fruits and overripe yellow fruits. The wood supports it. Also a vegetal side and some bitter caramel. The first taste is very bitter caramel, then the fruits come up with wood still supporting. The finish is balanced between the cask, the wood, and the bitter caramel. A beautiful and long finish.
