The Warehouse Rum Enmore Guyana 1988
What surprises people is how mellow this old Enmore drinks for its age and strength — soft, not loud. Expect plenty of roasted wood, dark chocolate and licorice, with bitter-orange marmalade and dried fruit on top. The alcohol sits perfectly integrated, the finish runs long. A few tasters find it "fails to be excellent in the end" — quiet rather than explosive — but the wooden-still character is all there.

3. GAF Stuttgart Wie schon bei den anderen Rums die ich dort verkostet habe, war auch dieser am Catawiki Stand zu finden. Ein wahrlich guter Tropfen, der die Erwartung voll erfüllt hat. Enmore DNA in seiner ganzen Pracht.

Sehr geiler 88er Enmore! Intensive Gebäck und Zitrus Aromen. Erinnert an Bitterorangen Marmelade mit Früchtebrot und Assam Tee. Wirklich perfekt integrierter Alkohol und sehr dicht und konzentriert und elegant!

Hezká dřevitá enmorka. Teochu slabší ve vůni, ale v chuti hromada dřeva, perfektně integrovanej alkohol, a krásnej dlouhej intenzivní závěr. Začínají me ty emorky zajímat víc a víc. Krásnej kousek. Krásnej.

Integrated, full Enmore taste. Little bit more water ... Enmore - drive destilerka, nyni uz jen funkcni destilacni zarizeni. Patrne jedine drevene destilacni zarizeni na svete, ktere se tesi velke oblibe. Rumy Enmore totiz maji prichut popelu, kuze, tezkeho dreva, coz nadchne zejmena milovniky nakourenych whisky. A pokud tradicnim Guyanskym zpusobem prida vyrobce do rumu trochu melasy, mate v lahvi unikatni velmi vyrazny a tezky rum. Jeden z mych oblibenych.
