Dirty, minty Trinidad fruit bomb Highly praised TDL: intense yet balanced mix of tropical fruit, mint, and dirty mineral notes with excellent alcohol integration and long, structured finish.

Perfect for

Fans of intense, unsweetened Trinidad TDL rums who enjoy minty, fruity profiles with a greasy, dirty workshop edge at near cask strength.

Less suitable for

Those sensitive to high ABV or who dislike metallic, mineral, slightly bitter finishes and prefer soft, sweet, easygoing sippers.

Outstanding! Great complexity with balance between dirty, metallic notes and fruit galore. Lychees, Guava, Honey Melons. Yummee!

I got this Compagnie des Indes as a comparison to the CDI RX1629. There is a clear winner here and that is this one! Not quite as much mint, to barely, but the dirty workshop top of a Caroni. There must be something about T.D.L putting their stuff in half full Caroni barrels. What a great dirty rum.

Wow, what a drop! First contact- dried fruit, but after a short breathe then the fine spice with wood, the classic mint and also here I take caraway was,but apparently only my nose.😀The first sip was really confusing, I tasted clearly nettle tea! But then came the full board mineral, metallic and dirty notes, like licking over the workbench in the old village locksmith's shop.😀Great stuff, I love it....

Again an excellent representative of the TDL 2003 with the characteristic mint note!
