16.12.2022 Enjoying some samples at home with a good friend. Notes Medium to dark in colour. Nose Round, wood, grass, spice, light caramel, faint plum, clove, faint roasted. Palate Intense, wood, grass, cinnamon, light citrus, faint sugarcane, medium dry, raisin, faint caramel. Finish Medium to long, intense, light grass, light caramel, dried fruit, cinnamon, raisin. Extra note. Needs to rest for a while to really open up.

Sehr intensiver Favorite mit einer für mich zu sehr im Vordergrund stehenden grasigen Note.

Solider Rum mit schöner Vielschichtigkeit. Trotz des jungen Alters bereits mit angenehmer süffiger Schwere: Honig- und Karamellsüsse treffen auf pflanzliche Noten, geröstete Nüsse, Pfeffer, Holz, Nougat und getrocknete Früchte. Am Gaumen noch etwas kurzatmig, aber dennoch ein mehr als zugänglicher Tropfen, der durchaus Freude macht.

Ein bisschen Tastig im Urlaub. Nase: frisch fruchtig und leicht würzig. Zunächst intensiv gelbe Zitrone und grüner Apfel, hat dadurch auch leichte Anklänge von Spüli oder Seife. Daneben etwas Aprikose und Pflaume und eine gedeckte süße, wie von Bienenwabe. Eine Gewürzmischung mit zart Nelke und Kardamom kommt hinzu. Hinten Kamille und Veilchen. Etwas zu nahe an Zitrus-Spüli, sonst schön. 8,0 Gaumen: leicht bitter, bevor intensiv Seife mit Zitrone und Veilchen den Ton angeben. Salzig-würzig mit Nelke, Kümmel und Muskat. Grasig-Agricole-typisch hinten heraus. Zu jung und einfach nicht mein Profil. 7,2
