It's a sour spirit covered by tons of sugar. The flavors that survived the sugaring and dilution are unfortunately the ones I don't like too much. Not my slice of Gouda.

7,8:On the nose, you know it's going to be sweet. The two aromas that share the limelight are banana and caramel.There is also some spiciness, tobacco and honeyed wood. 8:On the palate, the profile is a little more complex. The attack is soft. The caramel is still there, but the banana disappears in favor of vanilla and roasted notes. Discreet pepper makes a brief appearance. 7,8:The finish is medium. The sweet sensation lingers on the palate for some time. Vanilla and a slight woodiness, buttery, caramelized, dominate.There are some dried fruits also...

On The Rocks: On the nose Mixed Fruit and Floral notes underpinned with pleasant and mild spice and oak. Taste initially reveals a slight sweet fruit with a caramel molasses. There is a mild burn in your throat that dissipates. There is the development of some complexity, overall this is a beautiful sipper and is very enjoyable. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose it has a honey like sweetness with some light floral notes. Taste continues the honey sweetness that fades into a very smooth mild oak. Mixed it takes away some of the complexity, but it is super smooth and amazing mixed. I would drink multiple of these mixed.
