Poured from a bottle opened for ~9 months, mostly full. Wow, this definitely packs a punch at 70.7%. Very dense and fresh "Agricole" notes. From the citrus to the mint to the earthy greens, this is how unaged Agricole should be. Honestly this is one of the most well done unaged spirits I've had the chance to taste, this needs to be an intermittent or yearly release (if it isn't all ready outside of the US).

Vanilla, sharp grassy agricole. Pepper in the mouth, some lemon balm. Caramel on the finish which is different, usually that happens on the front. Heavy woody oak fire on the finish, which is odd as it isn't aged. Had a taste of this at Casta's. 8.1

Green. Green. Green. Insanely fresh, grassy, and earthy, but also bursting g with green fruits. It’s difficult to describe this other than “agricole”. It’s like the ur agricole flavor. I love PL but maybe a bit higher in proof and price than I’d say is worth it. Still a fantastic rhum.
