Der Geruch war wirklich beeindruckend. Hat sogar was von Karotte und Petersilienwurzel gehabt. Was ich bisher in noch keinem rum jemals zuvor gerochen habe. Der Geschmack war dann schön intensiv nach Gebäck und Kokos

Belize ist ja so bissl meins muss ich sagen. Ich mag diese schwere intensive Nase mit Backgewürzen,gerösteten Nüssen, Schokolade und fruchtiger Pflaume. Am Gaumen diese würzige Süße,röstig, kräftig,kaum noch Frucht. Zum Schluss kommen dann Kräuter, Lakritze und Fass zu Vorschein. Sehr lecker,kommt aber nicht ganz an den FRC ran.

Anfangs ziemlich verhalten, nach einiger Zeit im Glas öffnet er sich.. Kokosnuss, Vanille, Melasse; aber auch eine pflanzliche leicht modrige/wurzelige Note zeigt sich. Am Gaumen zuerst eine schwere Süße, die aber schnell ins würzig röstige und scharfe wechselt! Eine feine Note von Sauerkirsche mischt mit! Der Alkohol ist nicht so gut eingebunden, was den Rum hinten raus etwas scharf wirken lässt. Der Abgang ist relativ kurz, Noten von mokka, Kräutern und echtem Lakritz , Ein guter Belize

Tolle Nase, da passiert viel. Im Mund fehlt für meinen Geschmack etwas fruchtiges. Im Abgang wieder lecker mit erst Espresso und Lakritze, später zunehmend Kräutern.

#keinprofi Der Alkoholgehalt dieses Rums ist einfach zu hoch, als dass die volle Aromatik bei mir ankäme. Die Vanille, Kokos, Espressotöne und Schokolade hätte ich gerne nicht nur gerochen, sondern auch geschmeckt. Für andere ist dieser Rum sicher besser, als von mir bewertet.

Der Rum braucht viel Zeit im Glas, damit er sein volles Aroma entfalten kann. Die Nase ist recht komplex. Früchte, Vanille,Schokolade und ein Hauch Minze. Der Geschmack ist leicht süßlich mit einer gewissen alk. Schärfe, gefolgt von Espresso, Piment und leichten Fasseinschlag. Der Abgang ist mittel, etwas Schärfe, Fass und Lakritze.
