Pas forcément toujours séduit par les rhums des Fidji, je dois avouer que la sucrosité de celui-ci est contrebalancée par l'acidité du hjf et que l'assemblage fonctionne. C'est bourré d'esters. Funky à souhait. Cool.

Un assemblage plutôt réussi. Au nez ce rhum est esquis, le mélange est bien réussi, on sent bien les agrumes et les Ester. En bouche le côté épicé/pimanté prend le dessus, ce n'est pas désagréable mais avec la force de l'alcool, cela aurait mérité d'être plus modéré à mon goût.
