Extremely oily texture, heavy and opulent sweetness that makes me think of maple syrup in addition to molasses. This is gradually joined by fruity aromas, the wood also announces itself with smoky-bitter notes reminiscent of coffee. A sip of history in two senses - not only the age of the rum speaks for itself, also the profile is no longer found in this form today. Makes fun!

Exciting to be able to try such an old rum. The flavor profile is intense, with heavy sweetness and powerful aromas. The bitter, slightly dry notes demand time and attention but make the rum all the more interesting. An experience for patient connoisseurs, thanks for the sample, Sven. (Rum Rarities)

#6295 31.01.2026 Warming up for the Warehouse Tasting at Nobilis tonight. Really looking forward to the setup, which is secret. They will also release the new ITP, which is supposedly only for the people attending. This is a great rum with very good balance and a medium intense profile. Wood, tannins, spices and fruits mingle very well with some light polish and leather. Expensive but good.
