How does Nobilis Carrere Montebello Rum No. 22C 2007 taste?

Aggregated from 31 community reviews.

Balanced, cognac-kissed agricole sipper For curious explorers of agricole, this 13‑year Montebello balances yellow fruits, herbs and cognac-driven oak at a relaxed 43.4%. RumX members praise its harmony and surprising intensity as an easygoing yet complex sipper.

Perfect for

Rum fans exploring aged agricoles who enjoy a balanced mix of fruit, gentle herbs and cognac oak at an approachable ABV rather than full-on grassy funk or cask strength power.

Less suitable for

High-proof hunters or those wanting very grassy, raw agricole notes or an ultra-long finish; they may find it too soft and polished.

A lovely release. Fresh and lightly fruity with nicely integrated ABV. I would have loved a bit more power, read higher ABV preferably above 55% because that's where the Montebello's usually really kick in.

Also schon reduziert ins Fass…?) 22C.
