02.12.2025 Retasting and this time I like it a lot. I think it benefitted from stading in a half full sample bottle for a while. Compared to the 21 year release this one is a lot better. ---------- This is a pretty nice rum with light fruit and faint floral notes. In the profile there is also nice wood and some pencil shavings alongside light rubber ans some light spicy notes. Needs to rest for a while to really open up properly. Draws really nice curtains in the glass.
