Very prominent Islay finish. It's okay but not mindblowing. Cool if you like peated whisky though

#4955 Whisky Live in Paris 27.09.2024-30.09.2024. Another great event meeting a lot of RumX new and old friends. This year three weren't as many new releases as in 2023, but I still had a great time. Nose Light wood, faint caramel, light smoke, faint peat, light citrus, light orange, faint chocolate. Palate Round, light wood, faint smoke, light peat, light earthy, spice, light orange, light salty. Finish Medium to long, light wood, light peat, faint smoke, light salty, fruits, spice.

Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2025 après le 2008 et le finish Rozelieure. Et c'est le moins réussi à mon sens. J'aime le whisky tourbé mais ici il emporte tout et ne laisse que de places aux fruits d'habitude si agréables chez new grove. Dommage.
