#7385 25.09.2026 - 28.09.2026 Attending the Whisky Live in Paris 2026 with a few good friends. We had a great time and it was nice to introduce them to this event which was a first for them. Quick notes while tasting. Sweet, light, spice, grass, fresh, fruits, roasted wood, caramel, herbs, sugarcane, floral.

A young rum from the classic and permanent range of J. Bally. The nose is light, dry and agricole, with woody oak notes, spices, dried fruits, roasted notes and floral and vegetal aromas of sugarcane. On the palate, a darker rum with woody, spicy, peppery notes, nuts and leather that mingle with sugarcane. It's dry, simple and balanced. The alcohol is well integrated. The finish is a bit short. The agricole notes of tobacco, earth and vegetation give a rather bitter profile at the end of the mouth. You also perceive dried fruits, roasted, woody and spicy notes. A nice rum to introduce to the world of agricole rum.
