Tasting date 14.08.2026 Together with Mr. D Jungberg & Mr. S Nørregaard RX13348 Port Mourant 1989. Nose: Burnt sugar, molasses. Heavy oily fruit sweetness. Dried fruits, light English licorice. Mouth: Leather, licorice sweetness like dragée. Dried fruits like plums and raisins, mocha and Haribo eggs, Labre larver Danish candy. Residual taste: balanced leather and mocha. Dried fruits like raisins and plums, vanilla and sweet nuts. Burnt sugar, caramel and crème brûlée, light salty minerals, rubber and leather. The glass: Light oak, sour cigar tobacco. Tasting “In the garden”

28.09.2002 Whiskymessen.dk in Kolding. Went with a few friends an some nice bottles to enjoy besides those at the venue. Notes. Medium dark in colour. Nose: light, roasted, wood, lemon, pineapple, spice. Palate: light, spicy, licorice, citrus, leather. Finish: medium long, wood, spice, warm, licorice, raisin.

Smagning sammen med F. Kraemmer & Silas. 🇬🇾 Næsen på eventyr👃: Fornemmer jeg molasse, brændt sukker & kakao som de mest dominerende aromaer. Tungen på eventyr 🥃 : smager jeg karamelliseret nødder, mælke chokolade & Mocha. Milde lakrids og læder noter gemmer også! Halen på historien💫 : mellemlang finish af dejlig cremet karamel & brændt sukker!
