Nose: The El Dorado needs a little time to open up. Initially floral, earthy notes. Later on, more and more vanilla comes through with a hint of orange zest and certain baked aromas that remind me a bit of Foursquare. On the palate, the dried fruits are very pronounced, supported by the cask. Sweet notes reminiscent of sherry and burnt sugar are also present. Really good rum.

Better cask finish integration and nicely fruity. Needs to rest before the flavours are there and the ABV settles.
