Au nez on retrouve une canne gourmande, gorgée de sucre. La bouche est onctueuse et douce. La finale est assez longue et collante pour un rhum blanc.

#4811 10.08.2024 Enjoying some samples at home. Nose Fresh, round, fruits, citrus, light floral, light sugarcane. Palate Oily, fresh, round, medium dry, spicy, fruits, floral, light sugarcane, light vegetal. Finish Long and warm, light fruits, citrus, light sugarcane, spicy, The empty glass has a perfume like not to it as well as chocolate.

A nice experiment, the long maturation made this rum way smoother. Nice sip despite high abv (brut de colonne), this rum is really shifted towards vegetal and sour citrus notes. I appreciated this enough to grab a bottle when it's been possible

Not really a sipping rum but an interesting brash Agricole. Exquisite nose, fruit and bubblegum, just really like the nose, up there with Mhoba. On the mouth it’s more muted, some metallic and herbal notes, basil and olive. The finish is salty with brine and olive, medium length, and interesting. Dry on the mid half of the mouth, and overall quite an elegant rum. Good daiquiri, the dryness comes through as well
