#6113 24.12.2025 A few more samples before leaving for our Christmas get together. Nose Fresh, round, agricole, light pear, banana, citrus, herbs, light tobacco, light mineral. Palate Round, velvety, oily, agricole, sugarcane, light herbs, pineapple, clove, faint mango, light citrus. Finish Medium to long, oily, light grass, light tobacco, citrus, clove, light herbal. Empty glass clove, light mango, light tea, pineapple, herbs.

If tried many other rhum agricoles and this has one of the best balances of vegetable flavor and abv, second to River Antoine. I drink this neat and with lime. I will rebuy.

Excellent agricole. Nose suggests fruits that don’t appear on the palate. Flavor is very simple and clean- fresh sugar cane. A great sipper.

Vanilla and just a hint of grass on the nose. Pours water clear. The mouth brings a little pepper, and some more vanilla, coconut water. A hint of burn on the end, for a medium finish. Had this in a flight at Green Zone, where it was close second after Barbancourt Overproof and better than Cachaca Santo Grau and Pere Labat 59. 6.8
