Blind tasting: light, typical Spanish nose: vanilla, leather and a caramel sweetness. On the palate then the full sweetness with a bit of a sharp ~55%. The finish is longer than you usually get from Spaniards. A solid simple, non-intrusive rum that you like to drink with BBQ. For me clearly a C.A.C.D rum from Venezuela from 2004. 79 points.
