9:On the nose, coconut, yellow, citrus fruits, toasted oak with burnt sugar, caramelized, nuts, spicy, thick, candied molasses, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, the molasses is slightly musty, flowery, roastedness strong with pastry, biscuits, chocolate, cookie dough, sweet, spicy with baking spices, vanilla. 8,8:On the palate, the attack is balanced with toasted oak notes like caramelized brown sugar, salty, roasted nuts, cookie dough, leather, later dark chocolate, spicy with allspice, perhaps baking spices, creamy with dairy notes like cream, fruity with coconut, raisins, yellow fruits, perhaps mango and the molasses is earthy with tobacco, dark with black tea. 8,7:The finish is rather long, dry&tannic with sweet, thick molasses, caramelized toasted oak, nutty, chocolate, cream toffee and fruity with dried, yellow fruits, coconut. #6976 30.06.2026 Relaxing with a few samples after a day at home. Watching a new crime series on HBO. A very nice rum with a high price, but quality costs. Intense profile with overripe fruits, roasted wood, pastries, ester, chocolate, caramel and some tobacco.

Leider Leider Leider ist mir diese Abfüllung ein wenig zu alkoholisch, der ist nicht wirklich gut eingebunden. Ansonsten eine schöne Keksteignote und die üblichen 94er New Yarmouth Marker. Aber als Mixer hat er mich dann wirklich überzeugt. Aber in meine Favoriten schafft er es leider nicht.

Gutes NY94 Profil mit Keksteig, Frucht, Gewürzen, Vanille, Cremigkeit und gut Holz. Alkohol gut aber nicht so hervorragend integriert, wie man es von anderes Releases dieses Vintage kennt. Trotzdem ein guter Dram aber es gibt bessere zu kleinerem Preis.

Beautifully sweet, creamy, like caramel. A great choice for rum drinkers who want to switch from sweet syrups to pure spirit. New Yarmouth 1994 rarely disappoints. This is a great choice that you will always want to come back to.
