Encore une belle sortie de l’embouteilleur Suisse. Le nez laisse augurer le meilleur, vieux cuir et sucre Demerara… La bouche par contre est déçevante avec un très léger faux goût de pourri et de rancio (problème de fût ?) mais aussi du chocolat, du caramel et des raisins secs. La finale est plutôt longue, le caramel et la banane sur-mûre dominent. Un rhum plutôt bon et bien meilleur à la seconde dégustation, peut-être est-ce l’oxydation ? Dans tous les cas le problème de fût a largement régressé.

Super Nase, im Gaumen mag er nicht ganz mithalten. Klebrige eingekochte rote Früchte, Dörrfrüchte, nussig, Traubenzucker, Fass, leichte Säure, leichte verbrannt, Gebäck und Vanille. Sherry hat hier definitiv Spuren hinterlassen, von Uitvlugt kommt hier nichts mehr durch. Schöne Tiefe gepaart mit süssen tropischen und geteockneten Früchten.
