Most helpful positive review
62.5° and so young, caution is advised. Yet there's a big indulgence (butter caramel, vanilla) with a light, rather young woodiness. Not very complex, the nose is more pleasant than the palate, which is too harsh. It goes down better with food.

Very gourmand nose on cane, sugar, vanilla, light woodiness and it continues on apple tart. On the palate it's more vegetal with the cane dominating on a spicy background. A very nice ESB.

Sampled after Papa Rouyo Sanblaj 2021 and Papa Rouyo Le Rejeton Blanc 2021. This was clearly my favourite of the three.
