Aromas of fresh cane, cut grass and, above all, truffles! On the palate, it's surprisingly earthy, rooty and always vegetal. Of the 3 Great Whites, this is the one that evolves the most with cocktail aeration.

Pear, honeydew melon, grass, hay and a bit of lychee. Overall rather on the vegetal side, nice Vietnam overproof! Definitely comparable to the rums from Sampan and also makes tasty daiquiris! :)

A rather light white rum. Fresh sugarcane, grass, pear, and a bit of lychee shape the profile. The 50% ABV feels surprisingly mild. Neat, it lacks punch and complexity, making it seem more like a fruit brandy. In this price range, definitely attractive as a cocktail base. A good rum, but by no means outstanding.

A white rum... I still find it relatively unexciting. Pure sugarcane, citrus fruits, vegetal and olive. Exactly the same aromas on the palate and finish, with a slight sweetness being noticeable.

This on was a huge surprise and it's really well balanced with great ABV integration. Has b nice Agricole notes with some grass!/wet hay. I like that you can pick up the sugarcane in the profile.

Small CDI tasting - extension: my first Vietnamese rum which also reminds me of a mid-range farmer's schnapps. Lots of pear, hay, and sugarcane; after a while melon and spices. Maybe interesting in a cocktail, not neat.

Overripe, mushy brandy-like on the nose. Very hard to describe, has something of Baijiu. Also quite sweet, but more towards pear brandy and fruit brandy. But in an exotic way. Melon, lychee, grass, lime. Very unusual.

Vegetal, if I had to assign it a color it would be green. Smooth, didn’t blow me away. Ti punch and daiquiri however fully approved.

Very light and easy spirit. Did expect more from this to be honest (more weird vegetal notes). But compliments for this being so easy drinkable. Lemony fresh.
