Delicate agricultural rum that opens up with age. Not very fruity, with a dry character of cinnamon, dried fruit, mocha and subtle oak.

#6594 02.04.2026 Sitting in the cabin relaxing with an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. This is a pretty decent bottling with a decent price tag. The nose is well rounded with pear, banana, light wood, tobacco and spices. The palate is oily and light woody with dried fruit, light apple, banana, light tannins and spice. The finish is long and has roasted wood, dried fruit, tannins, apple and light plum.

🌿 La Favorite 2016 – 46 % A 2016 vintage distilled, aged and bottled by the Dormoy family. Nose: floral, delicate, with a hint of spices and cocoa. Palate: cherry, grape, vanilla and subtle woodiness. Conclusion: a delicate rum, easy to sip, pleasant but without big thrills. Perfect for a chill moment.
