Sympa de goûter un rhum jeune avec une réduction légère qui lui laisse de la puissance. Boisé. Agrumes. Vanillé au nez. Du fruit compoté (poire). En bouche, c'est vif, poivré, boisé. Piquant sur la langue. Le chêne est là. Les agrumes restent. C'est plutôt très agréable !

I tried this rum at the store yesterday and it’s a pretty nice agricole that isn’t too vegetal in its flavour profile. A very pleasant rum.

Un rhum agréable, un peu trop sage à mon goût mais sûrement une belle porte d'entrée vers l'univers du rhum. Déguster après le constellation blanc. Le nez est très léger même après 15 min d'ouverture. Moins de canne, un peu de fruit (banane? Pomme?). Leger en bouche, un peu trop plat à mon goût, toujours discret. L'alcool est très (trop ?) bien intégré. Un peu de poivre. Finale courte sur des notes de fût.
